Lady Sales Executive

Job Summary:

AB Print House is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting the company’s printing and signage services, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online customer inquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing and signage solutions.
• Promote and sell printing services, including digital printing, large-format printing, signage, stickers, banners, business cards, brochures, and other customized products.
• Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
• Negotiate prices and delivery timelines within company guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet individual and company sales targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or printing/signage sales is preferred.
• Strong customer-service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
• Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and presentable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.
• Salary and commission structure will be discussed based on experience and company policy.
• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Visa will be provided to eligible candidates, subject to company policy.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
