Duties

• Monitor all entry and exit points to control access for employees, visitors, and contractors using surveillance systems and manual checks.
• Conduct regular CCTV surveillance to oversee the premises, identify suspicious activity, and prevent theft or vandalism.
• Perform routine patrols of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing behaviors that could indicate theft or misconduct.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Provide first aid assistance when needed, ensuring immediate care is given in emergency situations while following safety procedures.

Experience

• Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic first aid procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious behavior quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel.
• Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per month
