Lagger/Insulator

We’re currently seeking experienced Insulator/Laggers based in Brisbane, QLD to join our team on the Ampol Future Fuels Project. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours, competitive pay, and work on a major project within a global organisation.

About the role

As an Insulator / Lagger, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of insulation systems across a range of industrial equipment, vessels, and piping. Working alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors, you'll play a key role in delivering quality outcomes while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Roster: 10-hour days (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Install and remove insulation and cladding on pipes, vessels, tanks, and equipment
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation materials and metal cladding
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality
• Follow all site safety procedures and project requirements
• Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• MUST be Brisbane-based
• Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Insulator / Lagger
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Current Construction White/Blue Card
• Current Working at Heights, Confined Space certifications (issued within the last 2 years)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to learn, develop, and expand your skillset
