LHIT Zone is a Lagree-licensed boutique fitness studio specializing in Low Impact High Intensity Training using authentic Lagree Mega Pro equipment.

The Role

We are looking for confident, energetic, and personable Lagree Instructors who can deliver challenging, safe, and engaging classes while creating an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead safe, effective Lagree classes using Mega Pro equipment
• Provide clear cues, demonstrations, modifications, and corrections
• Monitor client safety, form, and effort throughout class
• Create an encouraging, inclusive, and high-energy environment
• Build genuine relationships with clients and recognize their progress
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
• Follow LHIT Zone safety, operational, and client-service standards
• Participate in required training, meetings, evaluations, and team activities
• Support studio events, challenges, and community-building efforts

Qualifications

Required:

• Lagree certification or ability to complete certification before teaching
• Strong communication and group leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Preferred:

• Lagree, Pilates, group fitness, personal training, dance, athletics, or coaching experience
• Boutique fitness experience

Compensation

• $35–$45 per class
• $35/hour for required training, onboarding, staff meetings, and applicable non-teaching work
• Performance bonus opportunities
• Opportunities to advance within the instructor compensation range based on experience, qualifications, performance, leadership, and consistency
