JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are urgently seeking an experienced, hands-on Lamination Machine Operator with proven expertise in solvent-based and/or solventless lamination processes within the flexible packaging manufacturing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate solvent-based and/or solventless lamination machines.
• Handle PET, BOPP, PE, paper, metallized films and aluminum-foil laminate structures.
• Monitor adhesive mixing ratios, coating weight, nip pressure, web tension and winding quality.
• Maintain correct drying, curing and production process parameters.
• Identify and resolve lamination defects, including bubbles, curling, telescoping and poor bonding.
• Monitor production output, material waste, bond quality and process consistency.
• Follow machine safety, solvent handling, ventilation, PPE and housekeeping procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven hands-on lamination machine operating experience in flexible packaging manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of solvent-based and/or solventless adhesive lamination.
• Understanding of film compatibility, adhesive systems, coat weight and lamination defects.
• Ability to read production job cards, batch sheets and technical specifications.
• Strong machine setup, troubleshooting and quality inspection skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and meet production targets.
• Experience operating both solvent-based and solventless systems is an advantage.
• UAE manufacturing experience and immediate availability preferred.
