Lamination Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle lamination process abnormalities and drive corrective actions.
• Optimize and improve lamination process capability, quality and yield.
• Evaluate and support the introduction of new lamination materials and equipment.
• Support quality improvement and cost-down projects.
• Maintain and update process-related documents and reports.
• Conduct material evaluation and compile reports for the Malaysia plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials, Electronics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in PCB manufacturing or lamination process.
• Good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiar with Minitab, QC tools, FMEA, SPC and 5-Why is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and EHS is an advantage.
