The Laminator 1 works under the direction of the foreman or supervisor to meet daily production schedules while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and housekeeping. The role involves operating approved hand tools, executing Level‑1 laminator tasks for GRE and GRVE processes, and documenting work. Candidates with a laminator certification are preferred

Responsibilities Job Description:

• Carry out tasks assigned by the foreman or supervisor to achieve production targets.
• Perform GRE and GRVE manual lamination processes as a Level‑1 laminator.
• Inspect finished parts for quality compliance and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Record production data, settings, and any adjustments accurately.
• Assist with minor equipment adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Report equipment issues or material shortages promptly to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities and on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications Job Requirement:

• Secondary education (SPM or equivalent) or a technical certificate.
• Basic knowledge of hand‑tool operation and manual lamination techniques.
• Understanding of GRE and GRVE lamination processes.
• Ability to read simple work instructions and drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work in production environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Good communication skills in both Malay and English, both verbal and written.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to follow directions.
• Laminator certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
