About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and field-oriented candidates to join our Land Acquisition team as Field Executives. The role involves extensive field visits, coordination with landowners and local stakeholders, collection and verification of land-related documents, and supporting land acquisition activities for ongoing business projects.

Freshers who are willing to build their careers in field operations and land acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits in villages and project areas.
• Coordinate with landowners, farmers, and local authorities.
• Collect, verify, and maintain land and property documents.
• Support land acquisition, survey, and documentation activities.
• Ensure timely reporting and data sharing with internal teams.
• Manage stakeholder interactions professionally.
• Travel extensively within assigned territories as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Basic knowledge of land and property-related documents will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field.
• Open to relocation and deployment at any project location as per business needs.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working in rural and semi-urban locations.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and work independently.
