Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition professional with strong expertise in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring land for real estate projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable land parcels for real estate development.
• Handle end-to-end land acquisition activities, from identification to closure.
• Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and preliminary property assessment.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, legal teams, and government authorities.
• Negotiate land prices, commercial terms, and agreements with landowners.
• Manage documentation, approvals, and registration processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.
• Track market trends, land values, and upcoming development opportunities.
• Resolve land-related issues and ensure smooth acquisition and closure.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 812 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition / Land Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local land markets, documentation, and acquisition processes.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
