• Coordinate land surveys, measurements, site inspections, and boundary verification.
• Negotiate and coordinate with landowners regarding pricing, terms, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of land documents, agreements, approvals, and transactions.
• Track the status of land acquisition and ensure timely completion of required processes.
• Resolve land-related issues, documentation discrepancies, and coordination challenges.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management on land acquisition progress.
• Ensure all land-related activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
