Land Acquisition Executive

Role

Responsible for handling day-to-day land and property-related activities, including land acquisition, documentation, landowner coordination, registration, government follow-ups, and resolving property-related issues.

• Handle registration, mutation, survey, and other property-related formalities.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Registration, Municipal, and other government authorities.
• Follow up on land-related approvals, permissions, and documentation.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of ownership, boundary, encroachment, and other land-related issues.
• Maintain updated property records and prepare regular status reports.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate land surveys when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• 25 years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, or property management.
• Good knowledge of property documents and registration procedures.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with government offices and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and official work.
