Land Acquisition Officer

Main responsibilities:

• Identify suitable land parcels for residential, commercial, industrial, or plotted-development projects.
• Search for landowners and negotiate land price and commercial terms.
• Conduct preliminary title and ownership verification.
• Collect and verify documents such as:
• Sale deeds
• Patta
• Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
• Chitta/Adangal
• FMB/sketch
• Survey records
• Legal-heir documents
• Coordinate with legal, revenue, survey, finance, and project teams.
• Check whether the land has acquisition issues, court cases, mortgages, government restrictions, or access problems.
• Coordinate land surveys and boundary verification.
• Negotiate and finalize sale agreements, JVs, JDA arrangements, or development agreements.
• Track registration, mutation/patta transfer, and other post-acquisition activities.
• Maintain a database of available land parcels and landowners.
• Prepare land acquisition status reports for management.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, local representatives, and government/revenue officials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
