Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field required

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete financial modeling and feasibility analyses for prospective land acquisitions
• Manage offer submissions and acquisition tracking
• Obtain, review, and analyze due diligence materials
• Research municipal development requirements, zoning regulations, and building standards
• Conduct competitive market analyses
• Review and summarize purchase and sale agreements
• Analyze title commitments and related documents
• Assist with entitlement and development approval processes
• Track future acquisition opportunities and market trends
• Build market intelligence through industry research, publications, and news sources
• Develop relationships with brokers, landowners, and industry professionals
• Create presentations and reports that effectively communicate market data and findings
• Assist internal stakeholders with land-related research and analysis
• Maintain municipal audit tracking and competitive builder activity reports
• Manage follow-up systems for previously evaluated opportunities
• Organize files and digital records to support team efficiency
• Prepare reports, studies, and presentations for senior management
• Assist with efforts to secure outside equity and investment partners
