PE required | 6–10+ years | Land development & site civil

I’m partnering with one of the fastest-growing land development firms in Texas. They’re expanding into new markets and hiring at every level, and this PM seat is a key hire for their Austin team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple land development projects from concept through construction
• Own client relationships and agency/municipal coordination
• Handle scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules
• Lead and mentor engineers, EITs, and designers
• Drive permitting, QA/QC, and support BD

What they need:

• BS in Civil Engineering and a PE (Texas preferred)
• 6–10+ years in land development or site civil
• Strong grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting experience
• Civil 3D proficiency
• Consulting PM experience: budgets, schedules, and clients

Bonus: Austin-area municipal and MUD experience, H&H background, or existing Central Texas client relationships.
