What they need
Land Development Purchasing Manager
My client is looking for an experienced (5+ years) Land Development Purchasing Manager to work with their team in their Irvine office. Skills/experience:
- Ability to do quantity take offs
- Knowledge of unit pricing
- Value engineer CE plans
- Produce scopes of work
- Solicit/analyze bids from qualified sub contractors/vendors
- Build and maintain preliminary/final budgets
- Familiar with 'cost to complete' budgets on projects with some development completed.
- Award contracts
- Have experience and relationships inside the industry in SoCal
