Land Purchase Officer

• Identify suitable lands and properties according to company requirements.
• Search and develop new land acquisition opportunities through direct sources, brokers, property dealers, and local networks.
• Coordinate and communicate with landowners, farmers, brokers, developers, and other property stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and collect complete information regarding available land.
• Check basic ownership, location, access, land use, area, and other relevant property details.
• Collect and verify land/property documents and coordinate with the Legal Department for detailed due diligence.
• Research and analyse prevailing market rates and property values.
• Negotiate land prices, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with landowners.
• Prepare land/property proposals and submit them to senior management for approval.
• Maintain complete records of all land leads, negotiations, documents, site visits, and purchase status.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Development, and Management teams during the purchase process.
• Assist in preparing agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, and other purchase-related documents.
• Coordinate for registration, payment, possession, and other transaction-related activities.
• Maintain a strong network of local property dealers, brokers, landowners, and other market contacts.
• Ensure that no land transaction is finalized without proper management approval and required documentation.
• Regularly report new land opportunities, ongoing negotiations, and purchase progress to senior management.
• Perform other duties related to land acquisition and purchase as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
