LAND SUREVYOR

• Carry out land and construction surveys at project sites.
• Conduct setting out and marking of building, road, retaining wall and other construction works.
• Perform measurements, levelling and coordinate checks.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings and reports.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS and Auto Level.
• Check site levels, coordinates and dimensions according to drawings.
• Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor survey works to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or land surveying.
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS and Auto Level.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and survey procedures.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a site team.
• Willing to work on site and travel to project locations when required.
• Professional certification or registration with relevant surveying bodies is an advantage.
