Land Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team for ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, checking levels and dimensions, maintaining survey control points, and supporting the project team to ensure construction works are carried out accurately in accordance with approved drawings and coordinates.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveying and setting-out works according to approved drawings and coordinates.
• Establish and maintain benchmarks, grid lines, levels, and survey control points.
• Check and verify excavation, foundation, structural, and other civil work levels and dimensions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Consultants, Foremen, and Subcontractors regarding survey requirements.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of levels, alignment, dimensions, and locations.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, measurements, and as-built data.
• Assist the project team in resolving site level, alignment, and setting-out issues.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and site measurement records when required.
• Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of surveying equipment.
• Follow site safety requirements and proper surveying procedures.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of UAE construction experience.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong practical experience in construction site surveying and setting out.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Total Station
• Auto Level / Dumpy Level
• GPS Surveying Equipment
• Ability to read and understand approved construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and site layouts.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction site requirements and safety procedures.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven experience in building and civil construction projects in the UAE will be preferred.
