Land Surveyor

Role Description The Land Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this position, the Land Surveyor will conduct field surveys, collect precise measurements, and prepare topographic and boundary data for land regularization and development projects. Daily tasks include operating surveying instruments, such as total stations, verifying measurements, and documenting survey results in maps, reports, and digital formats. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and administrative staff to ensure survey outputs meet technical and regulatory requirements. The Land Surveyor will support site inspections, resolve measurement discrepancies, and contribute to accurate project planning and implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Land Surveying and Surveying techniques for diverse project types.
• Experience in Topographic Surveys for mapping terrain and site features.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station and related surveying instruments.
• Skills in Building Surveying for construction layout, monitoring, and verification.
• Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, engineering drawings, and legal land documents.
• Competence in using surveying software and CAD or GIS tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in land regularization or development projects in Egypt is a plus.
