We’re Hiring: L&D Coordinator 

Join our team as an

L&D Coordinator

and help shape how our people learn, grow, and perform.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for webinars and workshops to be delivered across the company.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule training programs and workshops across departments.
• Prepare and organize logistics for webinars and workshops (materials, invitations, scheduling, follow-ups).
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
• Coordinate with external trainers/vendors and manage training logistics (venues, materials, invitations).
• Support onboarding programs for new hires.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or Training Coordinator role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
