About the Role

We're looking for a L&D Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team at Publicis Groupe UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning coordinator who enjoys managing multiple programmes, improving processes, and creating a seamless learning experience for employees. You'll take ownership of the coordination and delivery of a broad portfolio of learning initiatives, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our people have access to high-quality development opportunities.

You'll be confident managing programme logistics end-to-end, using data and technology to improve efficiency, and providing expert support to learners and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and deliver a range of learning and development programmes from planning through to completion.
• Manage scheduling, enrolments, communications, resources and logistics across multiple training initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure an exceptional learner experience by responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Use Marcel Classes and other learning systems to manage programmes, maintain records and produce reporting.
• Monitor learner engagement and programme effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support learning facilitators with materials, resources and session delivery.
• Coordinate learning projects and initiatives across the wider Publicis Groupe business.
• Assist with the delivery of AI-related learning programmes and capability-building initiatives.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline administration, reporting, scheduling and learner communications.
• Share best practice and provide support to more junior coordinators where required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience coordinating learning and development programmes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confidence using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and producing meaningful reporting.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and enhance learner experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Passion for learning, development and helping people grow.
• Commitment to inclusive and accessible learning practices.
