L&D Delivery & Coordination

Role Overview

We are looking for an L&D Delivery & Coordination professional who can independently manage training programs, cohorts, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and learning-related tracking. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with HR, Delivery, and Resourcing teams in an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training programs, cohorts, and learning sessions.
• Manage training calendars, schedules, nominations, attendance, and participation.
• Coordinate with HR, Delivery, Resourcing, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain training trackers, MIS, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
• Track employee learning progress, completion, and training outcomes.
• Work with LMS and other learning management/tracking tools.
• Follow up with participants and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of programs.
• Support deployment, bench, and billability-related learning initiatives.
• Prepare regular L&D reports and share program updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs from planning to closure.

Required Skills

• 23 years of experience in L&D Operations, Training Coordination, Program Coordination, or HR Program Management.
• Experience in training scheduling and cohort management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, trackers, MIS, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with LMS and learning tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to an IT services, technology, or staffing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of bench, deployment, resourcing, and billability will be an advantage.
• BE/B.Tech or technical/engineering exposure is a strong plus.
