L&D Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other learning resources
• Implement and deliver training programs using a variety of delivery methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and on-the-job training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage the learning management system and ensure that training records are accurately maintained
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on learning and development opportunities
• Assist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiatives
• Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training programs as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or related field
• 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related field within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies tailored to the automotive sector
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools, with a focus on automotive industry standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the automotive industry
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple automotive training initiatives simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management;
• Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking;
• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;

Pay: 18,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
