L&D Manager

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate business requirements into structured learning plans.
• Design and coordinate soft skills, technical/functional, onboarding, leadership, and team training programs.
• Manage end-to-end execution of learning initiatives across classroom, workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring formats.
• Partner with HR, managers, and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend relevant interventions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external trainers, and vendors for seamless program execution.
• Track training participation, feedback, outcomes, and maintain L&D reports and dashboards.
• Support employee engagement, onboarding, career development, and performance-related initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital learning and AI-enabled tools to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in L&D, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial/lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience in TNA, learning program design, and delivery.
• Experience across both soft skills and technical/functional training.
• Understanding of instructional design, learning methodologies, and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple L&D initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect L&D initiatives with organizational objectives.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
