L&D Specialist- Arabic Speaker

The L&D Specialist is key to the success of the academy. You will identify training needs, design learning modules and delivery methods, and measure on-the-job upskilling in line with each department's client journeys. You will also administer our LMS and other learning platforms, and design real estate knowledge programs for our internal teams and for external audiences, including paid courses for individuals, firms, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and carry out capability assessments across PSI
• Work with line managers to define the skills their teams need through career pathing and client journeys
• Design blended learning modules, lessons, and delivery methods
• Create flexible and innovative learning courses
• Design technical, behavioural, and leadership learning programs
• Develop impact-based assessments using different measurement methodologies
• Research and apply learning theories so staff get the most from their development
• Support Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs
• Administer the LMS and other platforms, including scheduling, assigning modules, uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Build workflows and client journeys on the LMS and other platforms
• Deliver learning programs on behavioural and system skills, based on business needs
• Benchmark good practices, internally and externally, and recommend solutions for talent development and employee engagement
• Act as HSE lead, ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions in your area of responsibility
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources, Training, or L&D role

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of L&D processes
• Ability to design different learning methods and map them to impact assessments
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting (preferred)

Success Measures

• Number of training needs identified and addressed annually
• Percentage of employees assessed for capability annually
• Number of skill gaps identified and addressed
• Employee satisfaction with learning courses
• Number of blended learning modules created
• Effectiveness of assessments, measured by improvement in skill gaps
• Smooth LMS operation, measured by user feedback
• Effectiveness of delivered programs, measured by participant feedback and performance improvement
• Increase in talent development and employee engagement
