About the role

transcosmos Thailand is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist with a focus on course development. You will design impactful training programs and drive real performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, QA, and Clients to identify skill gaps and conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA)
• Design and develop training courses, materials, and manuals from scratch
• Deliver engaging training sessions (soft skills & technical skills)
• Measure training effectiveness (CSAT, QA scores) and continuously improve programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in L&D (BPO/Contact Center preferred)
• Strong course development skills (able to build programs independently)
• Train the Trainer certification (required)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
