Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Landscape & Interior Finishing Engineer for our project at Jammu Airport . The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring landscape and interior finishing works, ensuring execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor landscape and interior finishing works at the project site.
• Oversee landscape activities including hardscape, softscape, plantation, paving, external development, and related works .
• Supervise interior finishing works including flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, painting, partitions, doors, joinery, stone/tile works, and other architectural finishes .
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and required quality standards .
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders .
• Coordinate finishing activities with Civil, MEP, and other services for smooth site execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of materials and workmanship .
• Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure completion of activities as per the project schedule.
• Review drawings and identify site-related issues or discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Verify measurements and quantities of executed works as required.
• Prepare and monitor snag lists and ensure timely rectification and closure.
• Maintain proper site records and prepare progress/quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable site safety, quality, and airport project requirements .
• Coordinate final finishing, inspection, snag closure, and handover activities .

Qualification & Experience

• B.E.(Civil)/B.Arch/M.Arch/Project Management from NICMAR or relevant discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in landscape and interior finishing/site execution.
• Experience in airport, large infrastructure, institutional, or similar large-scale projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, landscape works, construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality requirements .
• Good understanding of site execution, contractor coordination, measurements, quality control, snagging, and handover .
• Candidate should be capable of independently handling site activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
