  • Registered Landscape Architect

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willing and able to travel, including on short notice
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail

Compensation and benefits -

  • $110K–$120K base, plus performance bonuses
  • Employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance

Why join us -

We're a civil engineering and consulting firm that's spent over 40 years building long-term relationships with the communities we serve across North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia. We invest in our people through real compensation, benefits, and time off, and give the right person room to lead projects and grow the practice, not just execute someone else's plan. If you like owning a project from concept through construction and mentoring the next generation along the way, this is that kind of shop.
