LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Basic Salary+ Incentive+ Bonus+ Allowance+ Annual trip

Responsibilities:

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT assist in :

• To involved in concept and schematic design development, public outreach and presentations, design charette facilitation, plan and report preparation.
• To draft drawings, plans and designs for the construction, sales, tender and project works as and when required using AutoCad software.
• To plot or print drawings, checking, amend or modification, complete and deliver all drawings as instructed by the Landscape Architect.
• Undertake any other related tasks as and when directed by the Landscape Architect.
• Any other works that is deemed necessary for the operations of the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years above Experiences in design development, technical solution and liaison with authority
• This position is open to local Malaysian candidates only.
• Strong communication skill and leadership quality
• Proficient in computer, Auto Cad, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, and other 3D software
• Confident & Independent and Responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have driving license or motorcycle license.
