Landscape Construction Estimator / Operations Manager

We are a well-established and growing lawn maintenance and landscaping company dedicated to providing exceptional service, dependable scheduling, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Landscape Construction Estimator / Operations Manager.

This is a full-time, year-round leadership position ideal for someone with strong estimating, operations, and team management experience within the landscape industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates and proposals for lawn maintenance, landscape construction, and snow removal services.
• Lead and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and oversee daily operations to maximize productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and exceptional service.
• Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and material usage to ensure profitability.
• Uphold company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape estimating, operations management, and crew supervision. Need to have a strong landscape construction background.
• Strong understanding of lawn maintenance, landscaping practices, equipment, and materials.
• Snow removal and winter operations experience required, 24/7 availability required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on outdoor environment.
• Availability to respond as needed during snow events, including 24/7 seasonal coverage.
• Familiarity with landscape industry software and the ability to evaluate, implement, and negotiate software solutions that support company operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
