Landscape Construction Foreman

What We Offer:

• $20–$35/hr based on verified experience
• P4P Profit Sharing: 10% of saved labor hours paid to crews that beat estimated man hours

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, and dump trucks
• Install patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, landscaping, and decorative concrete
• Snow plowing and salting during winter operations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass initial drug screening
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required — training available
• Takes feedback well and applies it
• Shows up consistently, even when conditions are tough

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Overtime available during peak season
• Year-round work available for the right candidate

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
