Boden Haus Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing team.

For more than 20 years, we've been building landscapes throughout the Treasure Valley. Today, we specialize in commercial and high-end residential landscape construction, and we're excited about the future of BHL and the opportunities ahead as we continue to grow and add talented team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and work alongside a landscape construction crew.
• Read plans and specifications, understand project scope, and lay out work.
• Plan and organize daily production, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate with the crew and project leadership to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, production, safety, and jobsite organization.
• Train and develop crew members while leading by example.
• Accurately track daily labor, materials, progress, photos, and job information using company technology.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape construction equipment.
• Take pride in the care and organization of company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment.

THE PROJECTS YOU'LL BUILD

BHL builds large-scale commercial and high-end residential landscape projects throughout the Treasure Valley.

Our work combines complete softscape, irrigation, and hardscape construction, including technically challenging installations, detailed site plans, advanced irrigation systems, paver and permeable paver systems, landscape lighting, water features, and specialty landscape elements.

Our Foremen have the opportunity to lead projects where planning, craftsmanship, production, and attention to detail matter—and where you can take pride in the finished product.

Our focus is landscape construction, not landscape maintenance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced landscape professional who is ready to lead and continue growing with our team.

• Landscape construction experience with previous crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to read landscape plans and specifications and lay out work.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with irrigation installation is required. Experience with controllers and two-wire systems is highly valued.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment.
• Hardscape experience is strongly preferred, particularly with pavers and permeable paver systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and current technology for time and material tracking, schedules, photos, documentation, and field communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for jobsite coordination, safety, plan/specification review, and required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work outdoors.

A CDL and additional experience in hardscape, equipment operation, and other areas of landscape construction are valuable.
