Scandor is looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Construction Operative to join our experienced team on a permanent, full-time basis. We deliver a diverse range of high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects for public sector and commercial clients, mainly across Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning business, working alongside an experienced team to deliver a varied range of landscaping projects to a high standard.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be involved in a wide range of landscape construction projects, covering both hard and soft landscaping. Activities may include hard landscape construction, planting, turfing, seeding and other associated works, helping to deliver projects to specification and ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have experience in both hard and soft landscaping, with a practical, hands-on approach and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Experience operating construction plant, particularly excavators, would be beneficial. Relevant operator qualifications, such as NPORS or CPCS, would be an advantage. If you do not hold these training will be provided where

A full, clean driving licence is essential. The ability to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes would be advantageous but is not essential.

A current CSCS card would be beneficial; however, if you do not hold one, training can be provided by the company.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, works well as part of a team and takes pride in delivering quality work.
