Landscape Construction Site Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Landscaping Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm , you'll lead a crew and coordinate works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Project Managers and management team to plan works, maintain productivity, uphold quality workmanship and create a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day commercial landscaping operations
• Lead, mentor and support site crews
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site resources
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship
• Complete daily site records, pre-starts and safety documentation
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and suppliers
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery
• Maintain a safe, organized and professional worksite

About You You'll ideally have:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
• Previous experience leading site crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Sound understanding of WHS requirements
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• MR licence, excavator tickets or other plant competencies (advantageous)
