As our workload continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to take ownership of projects from start to finish and help maintain the high standards our reputation is built upon.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll play an active part in delivering high-quality landscape construction projects while leading and coordinating site operations on a day-to-day basis.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced landscape professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading by example, and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day landscape construction projects
• Plan and organise labour, materials, and site activities
• Take a fully hands-on role in all aspects of landscape construction, leading the team while contributing directly to the completion of works
• Ensure projects are delivered to specification and programme
• Maintain excellent site presentation and health & safety standards
• Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and management
• Support and mentor other team members

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience within landscape construction
• Strong practical skills including paving, brickwork, decking and general hard landscaping
• Ability to interpret plans and construction drawings
• Good organisational and leadership abilities
• Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable

• Previous experience supervising teams or running sites
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience delivering domestic landscaping projects
