About the role

The Senior Landscape constructor is responsible for the installation and management of hard and softscape landscaping projects. The Senior Landscape constructor is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency. The Senior Landscape constructor will assist management where required and will be responsible for communications with clients and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate tasks on the job site and set realistic goals for employees to reach
• Accurately set out the job site for design and levels
• Accurately measure, source and organise material for the job sites
• Manage deliveries to and from the job sites efficiently
• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently
• Communicate production goals with team members and clients
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for required maintenance
• Track, record and document team members hours worked and cross check with goals set to ensure efficiency
• Check and inspect job sites at strategic times to ensure a high standard of workmanship and application
• Always maintain a clean and safe job site
