Atlas Green Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for the successful delivery and commercial management of multiple soft/hard landscaping, projects across our client portfolio.

We are looking for someone who combines strong operational and commercial experience with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing contracts from mobilisation through to delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, within budget and to a consistently high standard.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will manage a portfolio of landscaping contracts, working closely with clients, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and senior management.

You will take ownership of contract performance, operational delivery, financial results, health and safety, quality and client satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to develop existing contracts and win new business.

Contract & Operational Management

• Manage multiple soft/hard landscaping projects contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
• Ensure all contractual obligations, specifications and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
• Monitor contract performance, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and performance reviews.
• Identify, assess and manage risks associated with contract delivery.
• Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Oversee landscaping programmes, planting schemes, turf management and landscape establishment works.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across all contracts.
• Support, manage and develop Site Managers, Supervisors and operational teams.
• Manage stock levels and source appropriate materials, goods and suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries, particularly to sites with restricted access or strict delivery time requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• IOSH Managing Safely
• ROLO Manager
• Level 3 Horticulture
• Relevant City & Guilds qualifications

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
