Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Landscape Coordinator to lead and manage outdoor landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

• Coordinate and supervise landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor environments.
• Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Manage irrigation systems, including installation, repairs, and daily operation to optimize water efficiency and plant health.
• Oversee crew management by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training on grounds maintenance equipment operation, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Identify various plants, trees, and landscaping materials to ensure proper care and placement; perform horticultural assessments regularly.
• Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently across multiple job sites.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and inventory management for grounds maintenance supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments is essential.
• Knowledge of hardscaping construction projects and skills in irrigation management are highly desirable.
• Ability to identify a wide variety of plants and trees confidently; familiarity with plant health care practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage crew operations effectively.
• Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools; valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation required.
• Excellent outdoor work ethic with physical stamina for long days working outside in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety standards and proper use of landscaping tools and machinery.

Pay: $24.42 - $27.41 per hour
