Job Description

Acre Group is seeking a dependable, experienced Landscape Installation Crew Leader to lead our landscape installation team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality work, knows how to manage a crew, and can complete landscape installation projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction and installation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate crew members while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
• Work with project managers to understand project objectives, plans, and expectations.
• Organize daily work assignments and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to Acre Group's quality standards.
• Perform and oversee landscape installation, grading, drainage, hardscape, and irrigation work.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery safely.
• Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
• Communicate project progress, material needs, and jobsite concerns to management.
• Train, motivate, and support crew members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Acre Group positively with customers.

• Landscape installation and renovations
• Tree, shrub, sod, and turf installation
• Grading and excavation
• Retaining walls, paver patios, and walkways
• Drainage system installation
• Irrigation system installation and modifications
• Outdoor landscape lighting and low-voltage lighting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape installation or landscape construction required.
• Experience supervising or leading a landscape crew preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans and project instructions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting heavy materials.
• Commitment to jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

• 4-day workweek
• 10-hour shifts
