Landscape Engineer

About the Role

Al Sayyar Technical Service LLC (STS), a leading MEP, Infrastructure & Landscape Contractor in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced Landscape Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design coordination, execution, and delivery of landscape construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE experience in landscape construction, infrastructure, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete execution of landscape construction projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all landscape activities, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and associated civil works.
• Review landscape drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, irrigation engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, procurement requirements, and project progress reports.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
• Coordinate inspections, material approvals, work inspection requests (WIRs), and consultant approvals.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, variations, and productivity.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, consultant, and client requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
• Attend client, consultant, and internal project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
• Strong experience in delivering landscape projects from commencement to handover.
• Proven experience in Hardscape works
• Proven experience in Softscape works
• Proven experience Irrigation systems
• Proven experience Landscape civil works
• Proven experience Water features
• Proven experience External works and infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong planning, leadership, and site management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience

12–15 years (Minimum 6–8 years in Dubai/UAE landscape construction projects).

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

License

Valid UAE Driving License (Required).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
