Job Category: ENGINEER Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Doha Job Position: Landscape Engineer Applicant Location: In-country Hire Only Gender: Any Years of Experience: 2 Number of Vacancies: 2 LARISSA GARDENS WLL is hiring 2 skilled Landscape Engineers to design, plan, and supervise landscape projects for gardens, parks, resorts, hotels, and commercial developments. The role covers the full project cycle, from design and AutoCAD drawings to irrigation planning, hardscape and softscape works, site supervision, quality control, and maintenance, ensuring every landscape is completed to specification and stays healthy and visually appealing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Landscape Design & Planning Developing landscape plans for gardens, parks, resorts, hotels, and commercial projects.
• Landscape Project Management Planning, coordinating, and supervising landscape projects from start to completion.
• AutoCAD & Design Software Preparing and reviewing landscape drawings, layouts and technical details.
• Plant & Horticulture Knowledge Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, soil conditions and seasonal requirements.
• Irrigation System Design Planning and supervising irrigation networks, sprinkler systems, drip irrigation and water management.
• Hardscape Works Knowledge of paving, pathways, kerbs, retaining walls, pergolas, water features and other landscape structures.
• Softscape Works Planning and supervising planting, turfing, pruning, fertilization and general horticultural works.
• Site Supervision Monitoring site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparing quantities, material requirements, cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Project Scheduling Coordinating work schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Quality Control Inspecting completed works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Landscape Maintenance Supervising maintenance activities including irrigation, mowing, pruning, fertilization, pest control and plant replacement.
• Material & Plant Selection Selecting suitable plants, irrigation materials, soil, fertilizers and landscape materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant educational qualification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software
• Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, soil conditions, and irrigation
• Experience with paving, pathways, retaining walls, pergolas, and water features
• Ability to prepare quantities, BOQs, and project schedules
