Landscape Foreman

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead our crews on site and make sure the work gets done to standard. You'll run the day-to-day on the ground—directing the team, keeping the job on schedule, and holding the quality line. This is a working foreman role: you lead from the front, not from an office.

What you'll do

• Lead and direct landscape crews on site each day
• Set out daily tasks and keep the job on schedule
• Supervise hardscape, softscape, planting, and irrigation work
• Check quality as work goes and fix problems on the spot
• Make sure the team follows safety rules and works safely
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment on site
• Read and follow drawings and scopes of work
• Report progress and issues to the project manager
• Keep the site clean, organized, and running

What you bring

• 5+ years in landscaping, with at least 2 as a foreman or team leader
• Hands-on skill across softscape, hardscape, planting, and irrigation
• Ability to lead a crew and get a full day's work out of them
• Good knowledge of UAE plants, materials, and irrigation
• Able to read basic drawings and scopes
• Reliable, strong, and leads by example
• UAE driving license preferred
• Arabic, English, or Hindi/Urdu to communicate with the crew
