Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate hardscaping construction projects, and maintain the health and aesthetics of landscapes through expert groundskeeping, horticulture, and plant care. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscaping crews to ensure efficient completion of projects including lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance.
• Oversee hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures from start to finish.
• Coordinate irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment, company vehicles, and specialized tools safely and effectively during outdoor work activities.
• Maintain safety protocols across all job sites while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide leadership by training crew members on landscape maintenance techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards to foster a productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or groundskeeping with a strong background in horticulture.
• Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping settings is essential.
• Knowledge of plant identification, tree care practices, irrigation management, and hardscape construction is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, as well as ground management tools safely.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively while maintaining high standards of quality work.
• Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles required; familiarity with ground maintenance equipment preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
