Reagan Landscapes is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a crew and work alongside them in the field. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, can take ownership of a job, and has experience operating construction and landscape equipment.

A valid driver's license and machine operating experience are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a landscape/construction crew
• Organize daily tasks and keep the crew productive
• Understand job scopes, plans, and layouts
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and other equipment
• Drive company trucks and safely pull trailers
• Perform and oversee grading, drainage, irrigation, landscape installation, sod, hardscape, and general site work
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Track materials and communicate what is needed for each job
• Communicate job progress, questions, and site issues with the Project Manager
• Complete daily field reports and job documentation
• Make sure work is completed correctly and meets company quality standards
• Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
• Help train crew members and hold the crew accountable
• Follow company and job site safety requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Machine/equipment operating experience required
• Experience driving work trucks and pulling trailers
• Landscape, grading, construction, irrigation, hardscape, or similar field experience
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead a crew while also working alongside them
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
• Dependable and able to report to work on time consistently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required

What We're Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of their crew and job site. You should be able to understand what needs to be completed, organize your crew, operate equipment when needed, keep production moving, and communicate with management when questions or problems come up.

This is not strictly a supervisory position. Our foremen work alongside their crews and are expected to jump in wherever needed.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday. Overtime is commonly available, and Saturday work is optional when available.

Work Location: Employees report to our Denver, NC shop and travel to job sites throughout the Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
