Job Summary: Manage and assist with all aspects of landscape field operations

Unity Landscape Design Build (ULDB) is a full-service landscape design and installation company located outside of Chestertown on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform all aspects of field operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
• Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, dingos and other machinery as needed to complete projects
• Communicate with project managers and sales representatives on project details
• Coordinate acquisition of equipment and material needs
• Communicate project status updates to customers
• Provide feedback to the appropriate sales representative on customer concerns or additional project opportunities
• Assist with organization and cleanliness of landscape shop and storage areas
• Ensure all field paperwork is complete and accurate

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Valid driver's license
• Extensive knowledge and experience in landscape installation techniques, masonry, planting, irrigation, lighting, and drainage
• Experience with maintenance and operation of landscape equipment
• Verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Experience in leadership position

Education:

• High school diploma or relevant qualification

Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week minimal, plus additional hours as needed during peak times
• Hourly rate based on experience ($24.00 to $26.00 per hour)
