We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Gardener to join our friendly and growing team.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience in gardening or landscaping, with a good understanding of general outdoor work and maintenance. Further training can be provided where needed, but a basic level of experience is preferred.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop their skills across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• General gardening and grounds maintenance
• Weeding, pruning, and lawn care
• Assisting with hard landscaping, including paving, fencing, and decking
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
• Supporting the team across a range of residential and commercial projects

Requirements

• Some experience in gardening or landscaping, whether professional or personal
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
