· Manage sales and business development to achieve revenue goals, strengthen the sales pipeline, and support profitable growth.
· Ensure operational teams consistently meet quality, productivity, scheduling, safety, and customer service expectations.
· Build strong relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and business partners while representing the company's brand and values.
· Establish, standardize, and continuously improve company processes, procedures, systems, and performance expectations.
· Lead employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, and leadership development.
· Identify operational challenges early, implement solutions, and keep ownership informed of financial results and business priorities.

· 7+ years of progressive management or leadership experience, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience will be considered.

· Strong business and financial acumen with an ownership mentality and ability to make sound operational decisions.
· Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and operational improvement.
· Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
· Experience utilizing CRM, business management, scheduling, or other operational software.
· Ability to effectively balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement when business needs require it.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites and jobsites as needed.
