Revival Outdoor is a design-build-maintain landscape and hardscape company serving Mankato, North Mankato, and southern Minnesota. We build patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and full landscape installs that homeowners are proud of for years. We also care for commercial properties with ongoing landscape bed maintenance. We're a growing company, and we're looking for crew leaders who want to grow with us.

The role

As Install Foreman, you'll lead a crew from start to finish on residential and commercial landscape and hardscape projects. You'll turn design plans into finished work, keep jobs on schedule and on budget, and set the standard for quality and safety on site. You'll report directly to ownership and be a key part of how we deliver for our clients.

What you'll do

• Lead and train your crew on daily install work
• Read and lay out projects from 2D plans and 3D designs
• Build paver patios, walkways, and segmental retaining walls, including excavation, base prep, compaction, and finishing
• Install plantings, edging, rock, mulch, sod, and landscape lighting
• Operate skid steers, compact track loaders, mini excavators, and other landscape-related small engine equipment and tools
• Tow and haul equipment and materials with truck and trailer
• Track job hours and materials, and communicate progress and issues with ownership
• Talk with homeowners on site professionally and keep job sites clean and safe
• Maintain and report issues with trucks, trailers, and equipment

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of landscape or hardscape construction experience, with some time leading a crew
• Solid hardscape skills: base prep, grading, paver and wall installation
• Confident and proficient operating equipment like skid loaders, track loaders, mini excavators, and landscape-related tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proficiency towing and backing trailers
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, organized, and takes pride in quality work
• Preferred: ICPI/NCMA hardscape certification, plan-reading experience, Class A CDL
