Landscape- Installation Foreman

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Foreman to join our Landscape Installation Team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced supervisors and team members to install high-quality landscape projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have experience leading crews, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of landscape projects according to design plans and company quality standards.
• Landscape maintenance in a high end retail environment using best practices for professionalism and cleanliness
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, irrigation systems, drainage systems, mulch, decorative rock, and other landscape features.
• Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and site preparation using hand tools and power equipment.
• Assist with the construction of hardscape features, including pavers, retaining walls, walkways, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project.
• Communicate professionally with team members and, when appropriate, customers.
• Communicate crew issues to Project Manager, such as attendance, performance, and safety issues
• Ensure the crew is properly clocking in/out for the day

Required

• Flexible availability to work the following hours:
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 6:00 pm to 2:30 am
• Tuesday and Thursday- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Overnight installs in a high-end retail store about 3-4 times a month Hours varying between 8:00 pm to 9:00 am
• Changes to schedule may occur, flexibility is crucial
• Strong understanding of horticulture
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the designated reporting location.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes.

Preferred

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Previous experience in the landscaping industry
• Experience operating landscaping equipment

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
