Professional landscaping experience is preferred, but dependable candidates with relevant outdoor labor experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with extended hours required during snow and severe-weather events.
Key Responsibilities

- Follow all company safety practices and site-specific security and access procedures.
- Assist with seasonal projects and other grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations, including long or irregular shifts that may continue until the site is fully cleared.
Qualifications
- Professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Familiarity with mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, or other landscape equipment is a plus.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to report to the site on time for an early-morning shift.
- Ability to follow directions, work productively with a team, and maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other changing weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
- Availability for the regular Monday-Friday schedule and extended snow-removal assignments.
- Must satisfy all government-facility eligibility, identity, background-screening, and access requirements applicable to this assignment. The current contract requires U.S. citizenship, including naturalized citizenship.

- Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Two weeks of paid vacation.
- Five paid sick days.
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 5:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., weather permitting
